EDF 5 DLC 2 M 12 Wing Diver Inferno The Last Stand 1 ( Earth Defense Force 5 )

Here are the details of this mission.

The plan is simple:

- go for the 2 bees hives. Red bees are a no no, so you need to get rid of them. You can't outfly them, so you'll die. It's crucial to wait for the core to be full before destroying it. It's important to try to kill as many bees as possible with Phalanx before flying away, which is not easy and depends on what they do. They can come from all sides at once too. While flying / dashing away if you hit all incoming bees with BS you will stun and stop them, and that can make your life easier.

- ALWAYS go clockwise at the beginning, so that you're going furthest from the goldies, which are a lot worse than the silvers

- use goldies pylons or buildings to fly up to hives

- if you kill all bees before reaching the opposite side of the map you can go for the other hive without need for another walk around the map

- the most important group of frogs is 3 multiple launcher ones that will be near the back right goldies pylon (considering start position). Although you can try to Phalanx them, a single mistake or nearby sneaky goldie and it's certain death. This is very hard and lucky prone to do.

- instead of trying to be a smart ass, I did go for the back right Goldies Pylon. This will aggro nearby frogs, the ones I mentioned just before for sure, which will then themselves aggro all others.

- go around the map focusing on multiple plasma launcher frogs, then other frogs, and goldies. Unless extremely required, silvers should be ignored. There's no time to a emergency recover near plasma shots, so be careful where you do them. Behind hives is a good idea. Also your zoom becomes "burned" when plasma shots are fired making it very difficult to aim with precision. As obvious try to go for frogs head shots, quicker to kill them than in the body. If you fly / dash below the buildings height line, there's some possibility the frogs will lose track of you, so try to do that when it's possible.

- there's always a stuck frog in the front right hive. Before proceeding to third phase try to be sure all frogs are gone. Frogs are as sneaky as Goldies, keep looking at the radar to avoid surprises.

- if "safe" go for the last Goldies Pylon. 3rd phase will trigger and the 6 giants will spawn

- go for the static (you're likely dead if she isn't) Red Queen Bee. One Phalanx charge will kill her. Be careful where you shoot Bolt Shooter it's a penetrating and spreading weapon with a huge range and you can wake anything you don't want quite easily. DON'T shoot it towards the map center at any time until both Queen Bees are dead.

- be careful with the King Spiders they can hit from more than half the map away. I did a stupid move, almost died.

- focus now on King Spiders and Goldies, Queen ants are slower

- destroy both silvers hives when it's safe

- some sneaky goldies will likely last until the end

- when there are few silvers it's safe to Phalanx the Golden Queen Ant, likely the last giant alive as she has a lot of armor

- pick crates if you want but it will be boring as they will be all over the map. The mission drops a bazillion crates, the 128 map limit will be almost continuously in effect

- just remember that at 1k armor or less any enemy except spiders, if you're lucky, will surely one shot you

- core emergency recharges at the wrong time will most likely kill you, I had a few dumb choices in the run. Avoid shooting, go away, and do what you need once you recharge the core
